WEATHER REPORT ??/??/?? (10-19-14)
"The weather is cloudy with the occassional shower. Sometimes the sun shows it's face, along with the purple sky, but it tends to stay chilly and breezy despite this. Earth tremors have been rocking the dreamscape in place of wicked thunderstorms. "

A thick veil of clouds hung above the skies above the muddy moorlands, rain spraying down upon the soft earth.
A figure draped in a long, billowing, tattered clock trudged barefoot through the moor, a hood covering their head, a couple of lumps bulging at the top of it. The figure moved slowly, rather sluggishly even considering the sludge-like ground, as if suffering from a limp.
"..." After what seemed like hours of walking, the figure finally stopped and looked up at the sky grimacing as the shape of what looked like a flock of bats seemed to circle overhead. As one of them descended, however, anyone would have found that these were not bats at all. These were a pack of Shriekers.
Like a primal pterodactyl, the Shrieker gave a fierce cry as it dove down at the cloaked figure and lashing out with its ginormous razor sharp talons. The figure, however, managed to quickly side step out of the way, a large portion of their cloak tearing apart and the hood sliding off their head in the process, revealing silver hair and a pair of vulpine ears sticking out the top of what appeared to be a girl's head.

She tutted in annoyance before looking toward the attacking Shrieker circling around for a second assault against its grounded prey screeching once more. And yet the girl did not run, nor answer with a scream nor look of horror. Instead, she took hold of what remained of her cloak and quickly yanked it from her body, flinging it at the incoming hunter.
The flapping cloak caught on the Shreikers face and blinded it, meanwhile, the girl, propelled by what appeared to be a gust of wind, leapt high up over it and spin-kicked the creature downward into the mud, and from that kick, propelled herself into the air a second time, an arm outstreched to the rainy heavens.
The air churned violently between the clawed fingers of her gnarled hand, and not a moment later, the girl flung her arm downward to cast a blast of wind so fast and so thinly focused that it cut the grounded Shrieker cleanly in two as if it were a blade, killing it.
The girl landed back on the ground, one hand held readily before her while another seemed to be supporting her ribs. She appeared to be a humanoid girl in her mid-teen years, fair, but somewhat pale skinned, wearing a torn and bloodstained white sundress reaching her knees, through such tears, a cloth wrapping could be seen covering her upper chest and lower torso and thighs. She had a face of Asian ethnicity, narrow, pointed, and beneath both of her steely gray eyes, a mark shaped like a(n) "~" could be seen, like a symbol of some sort. Her silver hair was shoulder length with bangs that covered where one would assume human ears to be, and in addition to the pair of what were clearly fox ears on top of her head, a long fox tail of silver fur curled behind her.
From the way she carried herself, she seemed to be in significant pain, her cuts, bruises, and blood stains indicating the presence of wounds, and possibly sick and/or malnourished judging from her complexion and thin form.
The girl grimaced again as she looked up at the other two Shiekers circling overhead menacingly. "Come then...meet my blade."
