Without a lab, without any resources Jeff would have to start over completely from scratch. Even his blueprints were gone and that was a problem. His perfect memory would not allow him to forget his inventions thankfully, but still it was unfortunate he had none of them with him presently. Sighing he took his wrench and screwdriver out of his backpack as he walked. Today he was going to look for somewhere to build something.
But What?
What could he build to help him in this situation. A mecha was out as he did not have the material. A vehicle of some sort might come in handy actually. There. A reasonable goal. Build a Hover Cycle. Simple. Easy. Obtainable.
Those thoughts helped him focus on the task at hand, and calm down. Yet he still lacked the parts. As Jeff continued walking through the Industrial Area he sat down on a nearby bench, and took off his backpack emptying it. So far he had 12 Grenades. All of them were ones he had built. This including his wrench, screwdriver and clothes on his back were all he had presently.
"Where will I get the parts I need?"

47 lost track of both time and space. It was like they were drifting through the city in a dream-like trance. They didn’t know what was causing this sudden onset of oneirophrenia. Maybe it was the concussion they suffered earlier. Maybe they were drugged. They wanted to pop a few candies in their mouth, but that would probably make their condition worse. And besides, they couldn’t take off their mask just yet.
They wandered past apartments, retailers, shops, offices, restaurants, warehouses, and who knows what else until those buildings were slowly replaced with imposing factories and industrial plants. In a moment of clarity, they looked up to watch the rising plumes of smoke billow from the flue-gas chimneys. This was more like home. Home looked like the empty husks of industrial brutalism and capitalist mechanisms. The only difference was more than half of these factories would be in ruins, and the ones that weren’t hardly worked at all. However, industry was thriving here, filling the air with pollution, which in turned fill their heaving lungs with the same noxious chemicals. They could even smell it through their mask and balaclava. They shook their head, hoping to rid their nostrils of the smell and of course failing to do so.
Oh well. They could get used to it. Eris used to burn all sorts of stuff that probably shouldn’t be burned, and they got used to that. Shem never seemed to mind, but they did. Fox was quite hot and bothered by it too. Like literally. Nobody like waking up to the smell of their precious Oldsmobile Cutlass in a burning heap. Ah, good times.
Now that they were thinking about their friends, they felt incredibly lonely. There wasn’t much around. Cars would occasionally zoom by. While once intriguing and incredible, it was now simply just another facet of this city that further alienated them. They couldn’t interact with the people driving the cars-- they had places to go, apparently, judging by their speed. Now there wasn’t even the cars around to assure them they weren't alone.
They sighed, entering an alley so they could readjusting their mask.
When they looked up, they saw a figure in the distance, sitting on a bench. They squinted. 47 couldn’t rely on their eyesight for anything, but they were fairly certain it was a person. Their guess was proven right when they heard him spoke. If they couldn't rely on their vision, they could certainly rely on their hearing.
To whom he spoke, 47 didn’t know. But he spoke. They didn’t think about the repercussions as they approached them. 47 didn’t even care that they were still in full demonstration garb. They didn’t think that he might run away in fear once faced with a CROW assassin.
Instead, they perked up and strolled on over to him, down the alley.
“Well, what are you looking for, hail-fellow!?” 47 interrupted, resting their hands on the back of the bench as they popped up from behind.
They were just happy not to be alone anymore.

"The list is a rather large one and includes many pieces of technology. For starters I would need a generator that could run off of gasoline, some fire-arms. I would also need computers, microchips, silicon and test tubes as well as many other pieces of advanced science. You see, I have to build a new lab since my old one is not here presently. So how would you like to work for me? I could take that pitiful equipment you now possess and give it a complete overhaul once I get the technology I need anyway. My abilities over machines might come in handy."
Jeff then looked at them. The group looked like they were some sort of military organization. Crude weapons such as AK-47s or similar were in their possession as well as knives. They simply were not equipped enough and Jeff supposed he'd have to help them gain the technology. Of course Quid Pro Quo, they'd be expected to take certain duties on board and assist him with construction of some of his technologies. This group could use his support and well honestly he needed something to do. Helping them would have to be that task for now.
Jeff planned to build them a uniform set of armor for starters. Powered Armor was not easy to build, but easy things sometimes weren't worth doing. Constructing them armor, or at the very least a new uniform set was a good idea in his books. Finally he looked at them and said.
"I hate to say this to you, but the equipment you have now is crap. If you want I could build you laser cannons or plasma rifles, or something like that. I also have a few grenades on my person that are advanced technology if you'd be interested in them. As for your knives, I may know of a way to enhance those as well. Your Equipment is long overdue for a complete overhaul, if you'd be willing. Of course Quid Pro Quo, you'd need to fetch supplies for me including 20 or so of the robots roaming this place, preferably deactivated. "

Camille hurriedly glanced about as he made his way down the city streets. This was definitely not Maven. However, this was a level above the underworld... That could be taken both literally and metaphorically.
He would stop every now and then to rest and whimper pitifully to himself. It was like he was having some sort of separation anxiety from his dear city.
Even with the familiar setting of old factories and warehouses, Camille couldn't help but notice how far he was from home... But despite all that he still needed to pace himself. There was no use in losing energy on panicking.
Camille began to hum nervously to himself before abruptly stopping when he saw the other people in the vicinity.
There was a large pile of grenades that was possibly taller than the person next to it, and the plague doctor mask/stranger danger sign come to life-- He didn't know if he should feel relieved that he saw other people or not.
He kept his hand on his holster as he approached them.
“Hey, what's going on here!?” Camille barked. “And what the hell is all this shit on the ground!?”
He had a few ideas, but the way it was going about seemed amateurish.
“You know Stranger-Danger over there could just take your explosives, right?”
